本校今日邀請了台灣農務專家張清士先生親身到校示範如何利用現時農業界最前沿生物科技把廚餘轉化成純天然有機肥料，此方法不會產生異味，對環境無害。是次廚餘回收計劃使學生和教職員可以將食剩的飯菜轉化為有用資源，共同為環保出一分力。
Today, our school invited Mr. Zhang Qingshi, a Taiwanese agricultural expert, to personally demonstrate how to use the cutting-edge biotechnology in the agricultural industry to transform kitchen waste into pure natural organic fertilizer. This method does not produce any odors and is environmentally friendly. This kitchen waste recycling program allows students and staff members to convert leftover food into useful resources, making a collective effort for environmental protection.
